Return Policy:
Makeup Department is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Return Policy below.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made or Credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers must call customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number please call us at 407-937-8603
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER.
Defective Products:
Makeup department will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, Makeup Department will ship a replacement product at our expense.
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
Makeup Department will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. During hurrcane season in Florida there could be a delay in shipment. If a hurrcane happens please be patient we will make every effort to get your order shiped as soon as it is safe for the mail carrier to resume service.
Terms & Conditions:
It is the responsibility of the Makeup Department to order correct products and colors. If you do not order the correct product or color we will do a return but you will pay all shipping charges. If Makeup Department sends you the wrong product or color we will do a return and pay all shipping charges.
We will do every possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relationship to all Makeup department products. This would include but is not limited to the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding the said product.
Makeup Department will use USPS flat rate shipping for all orders. The more you order with flate rate shipping the more money you save. Example it cost the same ammount to ship 1 lip stick as it does to ship 5 so go for the deals that offer more than one product.
Orders received before 3:00 pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.
**USPS First Class Mail doesn't offer tracking numbers. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any lost or damaged packages when choosing this option. This is the reason they are able to offer it so cheap compared to their other shipping options.
